Court reinstates resolution on presidential election returns |

The decision to this effect was passed following consideration of the statement by presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko on withdrawal of her suit challenging the election returns.
The court verdict cannot be appealed.
On February 14, the Central Election Commission called Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovych the winner of the presidential elections in Ukraine.
