Ukraine has enough medication for combating the influenza epidemic efficiently, Ukraine's Premier Yulia Tymoshenko said after a Swiss airplane has arrived in the Boryspil International Airport with 300,000 packs of the Tamiflu medication this night.
'This is already a stock that absolutely reliably protects people and ensures therapy," she stressed.
The medication will be delivered not to the drugstore network, but directly to medical institutions for all patients free of charge.
Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko noted the medication sender was a producer and Ukraine's Health Ministry is a recipient.
Tymoshenko said that a total of 191 flu cases have been registered in Ukraine and 14 H1N1 ones.
