President again insists on reviewing budget 2009

President Viktor Yushchenko again insists on revising the state budget 2009, he said this in Simferopol at a meeting on Crimea's development.

"Surely, we have to start reviewing the budget. With this budget we cannot give a normal respond to the market developments," the Head of State noted.

Viktor Yushchenko lambasted a financial policy being carried out in Ukraine for the lack of 'softness' amid the crisis.

President Yushchenko noted that during the economic downturn the governments of other countries bolster the national sector of economy. "Unfortunately, I have the impression that neither government, nor parliament have such understanding," he claimed.
