Yushchenko to leave on visit to United States on September 22

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko will pay a working visit to the United States on September 22 to participate in the 63rd session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, according to the presidential press service.

The head of state will speak at the general debate of the UN General Assembly and will express Ukraine's position on the topical global problems of modernity.

Yushchenko is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with the heads of the delegations of other countries, as well as meetings with the Ukrainian Diaspora, U.S. businessmen, and members of the Atlantic Council of the United States.
