KYIV, November 5 /UKRINFORM/. Ukrainian NPPs are planning to produce about 90 billion kWh of electric energy in 2011, NNEGC National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom President Yuriy Nedashkovsky told the journalists.
This year, according to him, the company is ahead of schedule by 2.8 billion kWh. At the same time, National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom hopes that National Electricity Regulation Commission will not withdraw the funds from the NPPs' tariff due to an increase of production ahead of schedule in view of lack of the company programs' financing.
Since the year start, Ukrainian NPPs increased production by 6.9% tо 72.571 billion kWh with the annual plan of 88 billion kWh of electric energy.
