Defence Minister Heletey promises victory parade in Sevastopol
KYIV, July 3 /Ukrinform/. Newly appointed Defence Minister Valeriy Heletey promised to hold a victory parade in Sevastopol.
He said this in his speech in the Verkhovna Rada on Thursday.
"We will ensure peace and harmony in our country. Be sure there will be many victories. We can bring peace and harmony to our home. I am convinced that Ukraine will win. And believe me, a victory parade will certainly be held in Ukrainian Sevastopol," Heletey said.
At the same time, he thanked his predecessor, Mykhailo Koval, who "managed to stop the process of separatism in Ukraine."
A reminder that President Petro Poroshenko today appointed former acting Minister of Defence Mykhailo Koval as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council.
